Registration & Payment

Deadlines

• Registration starts on March 1st (Monday). Once you register your account will be "blocked" until we check your personal information. Then your account will be activated and you'll get a confirmation e-mail with the bank transfer details. At this point your will be in the provisional list. Then we will wait a few days until we receive your payment for adding you to the definitive list. If we don't receive your payment within 10 days you'll be deleted from the waiting list.
• Registration ends on April 15th or when the definitive list is full, so do not wait until the deadline!
• Final deadline for payment is April 15th, but if you register earlier and after a reasonable time (10 days aprox.) we do not receive any feedback from you (payment, details about your flights, etc.), we may remove you from the provisional list before this deadline.

• In order to register you need to fill the registration form available on the right  column or by following this link. DO NOT REGISTER IN THIS WEBSITE IF YOU ARE AN EXCHANGE STUDENT. THIS WEBSITE IS NOT FOR YOU AND YOUR REQUEST WILL BE REJECTED. TRY TO CONTACT A SPANISH SECTION INSTEAD BY CLICKING HERE.
  

Refunds

If you want to cancel your payment, these are the deadlines for doing so:

• April 1st: you get ALL your money back.
• April 1st to April 15th: you get 50% of your money back.
• April 15th: you DON'T get anything back.

Remember that you'll have to pay the bank transfer expenses.
