The trip will last from May 12th (Wednesday) until May 16th (Sunday) 2010.

There will be recommended activities for every day (and every night), so you will always have something interesting to do; but following all the activities it's not compulsory if you don't want to (or your body can't follow such an intense activity program!).

You will have a person from the "International group" O.C. taking care of you (and in case of an emergency you can always ask our more than 100 coordinators from the rest of the Spanish sections), but you have to notice that almost all the activities we propose to you will be the same as the ones for our 2500 exchange students.

We work very hard to give them the best possible trip, and this is exactly what we want to offer you. We want to offer an event full of ERASMUS feeling and atmosphere. If you want to enjoy the ERASMUS people, if you want to feel as an ERASMUS again... this is your trip!.

Planning

NOTE: this timetable is approximative. Times & activities may vary.

Wednesday 12th

• Arrival and check-in (we recommend not to arrive later than 3 PM)
• Free time (we reccomend you to go buying food and drinks).
• At 5:00 PM we will have the official "Welcome Meeting" at the hotel pool. Everybody have to be there to be introduced and receive the welcome pack!
• After that, the "ESN Beach Party" will take place. This will be the first time were we'll met the rest of the 2500 Erasmus students of the trip. This party will be at the "Ushuaia" club, situated on the beach, very close to the hotel. This party will last from 5 PM to midnight, we will be a little bit late but it is ok :)
• After that you'll have free time, but most of us will go to the world famous "Pacha" club (optional activity). Will you come with us?

  Party there will last from 00:30 to 06:30 AM.

Thursday 13th

• At 11:00 AM we will go to Formentera island by "ESN Boat". In Formentera you can rent a car, scooter or bike and discover "THE" paradise, or just rest on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean sea.
• At 6:45 PM we'll take the boat for returning to Ibiza island (arrival at 7:30 PM).
• At night the "ESN Summer School Party" will take place in one of the best and biggest clubs in the world: "SPACE" (one free cocktail included). "Space" was awarded "Best Global Club" at the "International Dance Music Awards" in 2005 and again in 2006. This club is also situated on the beach close to the hotel, so we can go by walking. Tha party will last from 00:30 to 05:30 AM Remember to dress like a shcool kid!

Friday 14th

• Free beach time the whole day.
• By night we'll take a private bus that will take us to the famous "ESN Water Party" at "Es Paradis" club (one free cocktail included). The party will last from 00:30 to 6 AM (water will start at around 05:30). Remember to bring your swimsuit under your clothes (or change your clothes there!)

Saturday 15th

• Beach time: we can recommend you some nice ones like "Cala Tarida", "Cala Compte", "Punta Galera" etc.
• Around 5 PM we'll go by bus to the "ESuNset Party": open air party with 2 music areas, live DJs, swiming pool, foam party, one free cocktail included etc... We'll return by bus around midnight.

Sunday 16th

• Check-out around 11 AM.
• You can stay at the swimming pool or the beach until you leave.
